Terms of Service

Bridggez is a two-sided marketplace that connects freelancers with employers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using Bridggez on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Bridggez.
• Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• One person or organization per account; don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

If you offer services on Bridggez, you agree to:

• Represent your skills, experience, references, and documents honestly.
• Only apply to work you're genuinely able and available to do.
• Communicate clearly, meet the terms you agree to, and deliver the work you take on.
• Respect the privacy of employers, including any location and contact details shared with you after acceptance.

If you hire on Bridggez, you agree to:

• Describe jobs accurately, including scope, conditions, and budget.
• Post only lawful work and treat applicants fairly and without unlawful discrimination.
• Honor the terms you agree to with a freelancer, including agreed compensation.
• Use any personal details revealed to you — such as a precise location — only for the engagement they were shared for.

Bridggez provides the platform — matching, profiles, messaging, reputation, and privacy controls. We are not a party to the agreements freelancers and employers make with each other, we don't employ freelancers, and we don't supervise the work. You are responsible for your own dealings, including the specifics of scope, delivery, and how funds change hands.

• Joining Bridggez is free. Paid plans — such as Freelancer Pro and Employer Business — unlock additional reach and tools.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep access through the period you've paid for.
• Fees are stated before you subscribe and are charged through our payment provider.
• Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice; changes don't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

Employers and partners may purchase ad placements on Bridggez. Advertisers are responsible for the content and legality of their ads, must not be deceptive, and must follow these Terms. We may review, label, reject, or remove any ad, and we bill advertising according to the budget and terms set when a campaign is created.

You keep ownership of the content you post — your profile, listings, messages, and uploads. You grant Bridggez a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.

To keep Bridggez trustworthy, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or discriminate against other members.
• Circumvent the location-privacy rule or misuse details revealed after acceptance.
• Scrape, spam, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Manipulate ratings and reviews, or create fake accounts, jobs, or applications.
• Take payments or personal data through Bridggez for anything other than legitimate work.

Reviews are tied to completed contracts and are meant to be honest reflections of real work. Don't post reviews you were paid to write or that you know to be false. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms, but we don't edit them to change their meaning.

Disagreements about work, payment, or conduct are, in the first instance, between the freelancer and the employer — you agree to try to resolve them in good faith. We may provide relevant records to help, and we may act on our own platform (for example, suspending an account) where our Terms are broken, but we are not obligated to mediate or resolve every dispute.

You can stop using Bridggez and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

Bridggez is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that you'll find work or the right hire, that listings or members are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridggez is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the service or your dealings with other members. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as Bridggez grows. When changes are material we'll update the date above and let you know where appropriate. Continuing to use Bridggez after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
